Our preparation is comprehensive. We develop a detailed shop traveler for every single piece, develop an inspection plan which assures that the most vital steps in the process come under maximum scrutiny. We carry out these procedures through every step of the process from shearing, blanking, forming, punching, and finishing.

We have over 25 presses ranging in size from five to one hundred and twenty tons. We have technicians who are experts in CNC and CAD CAM procedures. We handle every step along the way – from design, prototyping, tooling, and then short-run stamping.

We’ve worked with the most prestigious companies in the aerospace and other industries producing parts stamped to the most exacting precision.
